Help joining or signing in
Use your chosen Tradle username, not your display name, email address or invitation code. Your GitHub and Render logins are separate.
If a connection drops while joining, try signing in with your chosen username and password before using the invitation again. It may already have been used.
For an expired invitation, a forgotten password or an unfamiliar saved username, contact your organiser privately. Use account recovery if you saved recovery codes. Without saved codes, contact the organiser privately. Never send anyone your password.
